A five week deep dive into the Swell Collective's facilitation philosophy and methodology. Exploring both the art and the practice of Facilitation, these live sessions will cover these modules towards certification:
- The Collaborators Mindset
- Facilitating Connection
- Facilitating Positive-Sum Decision Making
Participants will also get full lifetime access to the asynchronous course, Mindful Meetings, while experiencing and practicing the mindful meetings process in real life with their peers in the course.
Course enrollment also includes:
- a year's membership to the Swell including monthly gatherings of our Facilitators Community Circles and other special events as scheduled.
- lifetime access to all course recordings, videos and other materials
