Coaching with Emily
Suggested Contribution: $400.00
Our 2022 rate for organizational clients is $400 per 50 minute coaching session. Coaching clients booking 3 or more sessions will receive a coaching brief including tasks and guidance shared in the session. Booking link is shared upon completion of this transaction. Coaching sessions are conducted via zoom. Collective members are eligible to book 3 sessions per month at sliding scale rates.
A PERSONAL INVITE FROM EMILY:
I have facilitated over 5000 hours of deep collaboration for hundreds of clients across myriad industries. I have had the privilege to work with countless leaders making strides to unleash creativity and innovation to solve some of our biggest challenges. Serving foster youth, addressing climate change, healing collective trauma in communities impacted by violence, all of this work deepens with effective facilitation and "guide by the side" coaching.
As a woman of color, I understand the nuance of navigating our own identities in service to this work while at the same time developing practices of self-care to allow me to continue to show up as my best self in this work. I also am a self described “geek” and I have discovered the best technology to scale our work across the confines of time and geography.
