Commit six weeks to your self-care: guided meditation on Sunday evenings with Chuck Tyler to begin your week with mindful centeredness.
Chuck is a decorated US Army combat veteran and veteran political campaign professional. Skilled in building capacity, growing leaders, and moving targets for candidate and issue campaigns, he also has a secret super-power. He is is a teacher and practitioner of meditation. He understands the importance of self-care and self-love to avoid burnout, and readily shares tips he’s learned from almost 2 decades of organizing and mobilizing work with others. We are so grateful to have him here at the Swell Center. He will be leading our next experience – a Swell Self Care Sprint: Six weeks of Sunday Meditations starting March 17th.
